Real Estate is my passion!
When I got out of my ivory tower (I was a government employee for 25 years), I immediately entered the real estate industry in Fredericton, New Brunswick, Canada.
I am not sure weather it is the joy I feel when I match the perfect home to the right buyer, or the excitement of getting the right price for a seller’s home. Both experiences feed my passion and give me the rush to continue selling real estate.
I am not the one who picks the right house for the buyer, nor am I always the one who finds the right buyer for my sellers, I facilitate the process.
It’s my job to know the real estate market, know the property values, know the city of Fredericton and the surrounding area, and most of all; know what you the client is looking for. To do this, I listen. I watch your body language and really listen to what you are saying.
My personal guarantee is “if you are not happy with my service – Fire me” I am a big girl and I can take it. Just let me know where I went wrong so I can learn from it, ok?
