I agree, if you spent the last 25 years in Alberta, you have to come home. A hobby farm with a woodlot is not impossible, but you would not be real close to all the amenities. For instance, you may find yourself on the Royal Road, with a 10 to 15 minute drive into town. There is still no grid lock in Fredericton, but we do have a rush hour from 4.30 to 5.
