Pay attention folks, the real estate market is much like the stock market, it has it’s ups and downs.
The fact that the real estate market is in a buyer’s market is not surprising, given the environment and the doom and gloom in the news. Also don’t forget the baby boomers.
There are many baby boomers trying to unload their 2 story homes, and there are more and more people trying to sell privately. They may save some commission but what about protection for the buyer?

That’s where I come in.
I am willing to work with buyers to help you find the perfect home, and to ensure complete satisfaction in the process.
All I ask in return is a buyer’s agency contract that ensures you the perfect home and ensures that I get paid.
That sounds kind of crass, but hey, do you work for nothing?

Call me if you think this new concept will work for you. It really doesn’t matter if the house is on MLS or not. If the house is on MLS, I get paid from the listing and it does not cost you anything, if the house is a private sale, then you pay me the selling end. Either way, you get the house you have always wanted and your protected during and after the transaction.
