Hi, my name is Frankie and I am here to help you.
If you are thinking of selling, this is the site to visit to get good solid advice and guidance. I am no longer a realtor but I do have loads of experience and would be willing to help you through the process.
If buying a home right now is your priority, let me walk you through it with my professional experience and advice.
Selling:
When it is time to sell your home, for whatever reason, it’s important to do a bit of planning before the sign goes up. The most important day is the day that your listing hits the system, it is viewed by approximately 200 realtors, all of whom have buyers. You must be ready with a clean, de-cluttered home that is in show condition. And, most importantly, it must be priced right.
Buyer’s shop by price and they know the market. A home that is priced too high will never sell.
Buying:
Are you buying your first home or are you an experienced home buyer? Let me help you understand the process.
It is always a good idea to work with a realtor who knows the area and is familiar with the community, the builders, and the regulations and codes in the area. I can help you find a realtor who will put your needs first.
I am here to help, real estate has always been my passion, and I promise to always treat you the same way that I would like to be treated and I will find the right realtor for your needs. You tell me what you are looking for and I will match you with the perfect fit for your needs.
Be ready to buy, know your price range and be pre-approved for a mortgage. If you have a house to sell, get it on the market. You don’t want to find the perfect home and not be in a position to buy it.

Sometimes finding the right home can be overwhelming, let me help you open the right doors to find your dream home

Dear Christine,
That is my middle name by the way!
Glad to hear from you and I am happy to respond to your questions.
Yes, Canada is a wonderful country, and New Brunswick, Canada is one of the best places to live.
It is beautiful here, the air is clear. We have no tornadoes, earth quakes, danagerous flies or snakes. There are bears but you very seldom see them because New Brunswick is very forested…many miles of wilderness with trees, so that is where the bears live.
What we do have is Winter, and that means that some times it is very cold, like now in January. But it does not last long and we are equipped for it. When it snows, we have snow removal equipment, and all of our houses have central heat.
A short spell of cold weather is a small price to pay for living in a paradise.
