    Hi Dave & Susie,

There are 10 hectares or approx. 25 acres included with this property.
There is a horse barn with 6 straight stalls and 2 box stalls, also an outdoor run for horses. Beautiful landscaping with lots of perennials.
An added bonus is a brook in the middle of the property.
The house is a cozy farmhouse with a glassed in sun porch on the side and a covered veranda on the front.

Hi, could you please answer the following questions?
    - what is the water source and condition of water?
    - septic system? how old?
    - main source of heat
    - how old is house? foundation type? is there a basement?
    - is the bathroom on the main or second floor? is there capability to add a bathroom?
    Thank you

  4. Frankie Says:

    Hi to Barb Bajema,

The water source is a drilled well, with plenty of good water.
The septic system is fairly new, with a proper septic field. Not sure of the exact age.
The main source of heat is an oil fired furnace.
The house is approximately 60 years old, with a basement. The foundation is concrete block.
The bathroom is on the second floor.
There is plenty of land to add a piece to the house and construct a bathroom on the main floor.
I hope this answers all of your questions, I can be contacted at 506-476-2155.
    Frankie
