• To present you with a detailed marketing plan, showing the various methods that will be utilized to advertise your home, including Realtors View, Internet, Radio, Newspaper and Open House events for the public, if applicable.
• To inform you, the seller, of all costs associated with the sale of your home and property.
• To recommend property improvements and enhancements to the appearance of your property.
• To commit to regular communication by E-mail or by telephone, providing feedback from all potential buyers and statistics from Internet viewers.
